The National Anthem of India is “Jana Gana Mana”, which was initially written in Bengali by the Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore in 1911. The Hindi version was adopted by the Constituent Assembly 24th January 1950. The National Anthem of our country was sung for the first time at the Kolkata Session of the Indian National Congress on 27th December 1911.
